Source: Michigan's Harbaugh facing 4-game ban
Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh is facing a potential four-game suspension as the school and the NCAA continue to negotiate a resolution to an investigation into the Wolverines' recruiting practices, a source confirmed to ESPN's Pete Thamel.

While the suspension and negotiations with the NCAA have not been finalized, the expectation is that Harbaugh would miss the first four games of Michigan's season. That includes four home contests in which Michigan is the prohibitive favorite -- East Carolina, UNLV, Bowling Green and Rutgers.
