Sunny afternoon, clear and cool night Saturday in Lubbock.
High temp mid afternoon around 70. Kickoff mid to upper 60s, dropping to the mid 50s by the end of the game. Wind out of the E/SE that evening 5-15mph.
The partial solar eclipse begins at 10:17 a.m. Saturday and goes until 1:19 p.m.; its peak will be 11:44 a.m. The moon will cover about 93 percent of the sun at its peak.
