Indiana Wesleyan (NAIA) wing Javan Buchanan will be taking an official visit to Texas Tech beginning this Saturday, he confirms with RedRaiderSports.
Checking in at 6-foot-7, 210 pounds, the Lafayette, Indiana native averaged 20.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game this past season. His performance earned him a spot on the NAIA All-American 1st Team.
A highly efficient player who shot .519/.350/.845 from the field, Buchanan has also been linked to programs such as Nevada, Virginia, Xavier and Colorado among others.
Buchanan will have two seasons of eligibility at his next school of choice.
