Second inning (I believe) ASU had the bases loaded, and three consecutive batters got on (hit batter, and two infield singles). One of the singles, Kash had gone to the hole to field the ball, then realized Pompey would field it. Kash scurried back to first and couldn't handle the throw-in fact he stepped on the runner's foot. Tadlock was chirping toward first (I'm thinking at Kash not the ump??) Tadlock was more animated than I've ever seen him (well, I've never seen him animated), and the visit to the mound was maybe 10 seconds. He wasn't mad at the pitcher, IMO, again, maybe fussing at Kash??
It may not have seemed like much, but the scene really resonated with me-the short visit, the chirping at someone.
