McMurphy has been speaking pretty highly of Tech as of late and that hasn’t stopped here. Predicating the Red Raiders to play LSU in the Cotton Bowl. TCU predicted to get the Liberty Bowl against Kentucky. Brett thinks Texas will play USC in the Alamo Bowl, that would be a hell of a matchup.
K-State takes part in the first Pop-Tarts Bowl against UNC. Oklahoma gets Miss. State in the Texas Bowl. Baylor gets the bid against Maryland in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl. OSU v. Michigan State in the First Responders Bowl. Brett has future member Utah in the Las Vegas Bowl against Matt Rhule and Nebraska. Kansas and Florida get his pick for the Birmingham Bowl. McMurphy picked BYU to get the Gasparilla Bowl against South Carolina. UCF gets future conference opponent in Arizona State in the Independence Bowl. As far as I can tell, those are the Big 12 schools that Brett has predicted will make a bowl game, 10 current members.
