Have we ever had true playmakers at the X and Z spots at the same time during the air raid era? It seems like when one of those spots has a playmaker, we are lacking on the opposite side.
I think Hicks and Filani would be the closest example, but their peak periods barely intersected. Moore and Ward did pretty well in '12, too, I guess.
I would love to see one of Reggie, Dylan, or Coutee step up and own that side of the formation to compliment Lauder(d)ale.
