WVU Tickets

I am trying to get tickets to the WVU game this year. I called the TTU ticket office and was told that you have to have season tickets to purchase away game tickets. My understanding is that Tech was allotted tickets for section 100. I'd like to sit in the Tech section (I need 2). Since I can't get the tickets through TTU I figured I'd wait until they came up on the secondary market.

Does anyone know when they go up for sale?
