Given how awful our defense is and how good our offense is (over the course of the year), I think it really couldn't hurt for Kliff to take a page out of Kevin Kelly's playbook. Kevin Kelly is the Arkansas HS coach that has only punted once over the last 3 years and always goes for onside kicks.
Here's the thing, we know that the Scheme Doctor (Bill Snyder) is going to limit possessions. If we chose to onside kick everytime we scored and were able to recover just one & capitalize (it would turn up the heat on KSUs offense). Plus, if we can't stop their running QB anyways we might as well take some chances on extending drives and getting extra possessions if they are going to consistently run for 6 pts.... Interested to hear what yall think.
