Willies has a tremendous upside, no question. But the penalties he committed were completely unnecessary. I personally hope he hangs onto the starting position, but I believe Lauderdale has produced more, on average, than did Willies last Saturday, and Lauderdale is a good blocker without getting called for blocking in the back or holding.
One other things completely unrelated. The tv announcer kept referring to La Tech T formation as a wing T. Wouldn't you think he would know the difference? And why didn't his color guy correct him? He must of said it a half dozen times. That's embarrassing for the network, if they even know the difference.
