I'm not out on McGuire, but if he is truly a head coach he kicks some but on the staff and implements some accountability. I think I saw him late in the game walk down to Kittley and say something pointed. How do you score with an offense that goes sideline to sideline? Defense is waiting to see what the offense is doing instead of attacking and forcing the offense to make bad decisions. What's so special about our special teams?
Who are the leaders on the team.? I don't see them. Maybe in the transfer era, no one is there to do anything but get to the next gig or pocket some NIL money.
What about our brand? I am an old marketing guy and I know what branding is all about. What I see on the field in no way reflects the brand Joey describes. Actually, anybody tells you to "be the brand" they are trying to bullshit somebody. Our brand right now is "Get in the Clown Car".
