Who is the guy who does kick-offs for Baylor?

I have been to a lot of games at the Jones over the years, but I have never seen a guy kick the ball as far as he did on kickoffs especially with absolutely NO WIND. I did not notice if he was their field goal kicker, too, but if he is then a 70 yard field goal might be possible with.

Did anyone else notice this?
