Where should Texas Tech's portal priorities be?
We take a look at the Red Raiders' positional priorities after the portal window closed.
Think we can all somewhat agree on this, would have to think there's some areas that are more obvious that the staff has to make a big splash on with the portal closed. Let me know what you think.
