I know that this is somewhat morbid to ask, but one of the greatest teachers ever from the TTU Theatre department just passed away. This started a conversation with my wife about what professors/teachers we each had that we would no matter what figure out a way to be there to honor them and to support old friends and acquaintances. We've been graduated from TTU 21 and 19 years ago respectively. For me, those people are Dr. Ken Davis (Choral Conductor/Madrigal Director) and his wife and John and Mary Gillas (Voice Teachers/Opera Theatre Directors). I would figure out a way to be there. They really made an impact on my life and I feel a debt of gratitude.
