Not necessarily the best restaurant, but the best meal.
This is my top 3:
1) Kool Special ordered spicy - Thai Pepper. It's sliced beef service with peppers and veggies, white rice and a fried egg
2) Calzone and a slice - One Guy's
3) Chapala - Taqueria Jalisco. Basically beef, chicken and shrimp fajita smothered in cheese served on a bed of rice with peppers and onions.
