Last season, the mood around here was so bleak heading into the KSU game. I remember actually hoping for a loss because I knew it was in the best interest of our program.
Looking back, I’m so dang glad it happened. From actively rooting for losses to legitimately believing we can win any game. That’s the Joey McGuire effect. He has brought a confidence to this program that we haven’t had in a long time.
