We were warned Obamacare would kill jobs. Kill the economy. Kill the working man. Etc. so on and so forth.
Now that more than 20 million Americans have obtained healthcare coverage through Obamacare, we can look at the actual job numbers.
Obamacare passes in 2010.
2010: Avg. monthly job growth - 88,000
2011: Avg. monthly job growth - 173,000
2012: Avg. monthly job growth - 186,000
2013: Avg. monthly job growth - 194,000
2014: Avg. monthly job growth - 229,000
Now, of course, correlation is NOT causation. Moreover, I realize that you guys don't like actually dealing with facts and figures (aka "reality") when it comes to good news for the economy, because.....because....Obama!....Bhengazi!.....derp derp. But those of you who predicted that the "job creators" would stop creating jobs were....I think the word for it is "wrong".
Can it change? Can the employer mandate change those facts? Sure can. But for 4 years now predictions of doom and gloom for the economy haven't shown up in the actual data.
At some point however, those of you who are chicken littles will eventually have to face the facts...when it comes to your dire predictions for the economy, you are just wrong, being an idiot, or purposely distorting facts (aka "lying").
BONUS FACT: For the first time since 1997, the economy has added 200k+ jobs for 6 months straight.
