Jake Bishop, the former Aledo QB, will be coming to Tech as a PWO. I don’t think there will be a tweet or similar announcement. Jake is pretty much old school. Literally the son of a coach, and literally takes his lunch pail to work (No, I am not kidding.).
He has won just about every award / honor there is to win, including Offensive MVP in the 2019 State Championship game. To me, the most impressive stat is that he went 46 - 2 as a starter. The two losses were in the 2017 State Championship game by 1 point (2 missed PATs) and to Denton Guyer in 2019 by 3. Guyer was in the State Championship game in 2019 for 6A.
