Just changed one and screwed it back into the wall after hearing an hour of beeping.
Safety is awesome and we are blessed to have that kind of technology but they couldn’t have made it more difficult.
Got the ladder out, the last 9V we have….. woke the kids up…

Felt I had to tell someone, so I’m letting you guys know.
My pop is visiting and he went on a walk, I assume to enjoy the weather and not listen to the beeping any longer, as it was annoying as hell. My wife was laughing at me trying ti fix it and my kids were giving me advice that had nothing to do with anything. I was all alone during this difficult saga.
Gonna have to jam some Sister Christian to get me in a better mood.
