Watch ESPN App

Gonna be watching the game at my brothers and he's one of those people that doesn't pay for cable. He has the Watch ESPN App on the XBox and he's assured me it works great.

Is there a delay on the app as opposed to the live TV feed? Does it stream well? Is there still hope for me?
