6-foot-6, 265 pound Offensive Tackle Henry Hattis out of Rio Rancho (N.M.) Cleveland was offered by Texas Tech a few weeks ago. Missouri just offered him on Monday. Told me this morning that Texas Tech has been very active in the last few months.
