Alright or alright! An awesome field of champions is assembled, let's get this shindig started. The contest begins at midnight, this Friday, June 9th. Here is what we need from you to enter:
1) Today, go to this spreadsheet, find the DWLC 3.0 tab at the bottom, ensure your name is listed, enter your height, and goal weight.
2) No later than midnight Friday, email culallen@yahoo.com with two pics. One shameful shirtless before pic, and one pic of the scale, with you on it, displaying your starting weight.
3) No later than midnight Friday the 9th, send your entry fee of $50 via PayPal to culallen@yahoo.com.
4) Each Friday for the next nine weeks, go back into the spreadsheet and enter your weekly weight so we can all follow along. (If your forget, I will carry your weight forward from the previous week).
5) The final weigh in will take place Friday August 11th, half of the money will go to Tech for scholarships, the other half divided up between those who finish in the top three for percentage weight loss.
