UPDATE: Red Raiders land 2015 JUCO PG

Concordia (Kan.) Cloud County C.C. point guard Devon Thomas has committed to Texas Tech.


Thomas averaged 16.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game last season for Cloud City. He is expected to be a true point guard for the Red Raiders. Thomas' strength isn't shooting, but he will be as quick as anyone Texas Tech has had in recent memory and he's a facilitator. He likes getting others involved and hasn't had a problem on the JUCO level getting into the lane whenever he wants.


He visited Texas Tech this past weekend.
