UPDATE: New OL offer this evening

The Texas Tech coaches have offered Harker Heights (Texas) offensive tackle Chris Hughes this evening.

Hughes won the OL MVP at the NFTC regional combine this weekend and set the national score for lineman in the nation so far.

I have to verify with Hughes, but this should be his first scholarship offer.
