The student paper did the rare thing of putting this entire editorial on Facebook, so now it's being shared and getting noticed. The gist: "Why was Tech's reaction so delayed and uninspiring? The two incidents are similar in nature - racism and rape culture are equally deplorable and are not to be tolerated. Does this mean racism is taken more seriously than rape culture by our society, or is this simply a case of Tech officials dropping the ball and letting the offending students off the hook?"
