I saw a guy and his wife and two kids all walk out of a restaurant this evening in West Plano. All were decked out in Tech gear so as I walked by I gave them a guns up. The guy stopped and came over and introduced himself and it was Tyrone Thurman.
We chatted briefly - he’s a good dude and still loves Tech. Not any taller but definitely heavier (course I am too from 30 years ago)
He was one tough player. Remember him getting hit and bounced around like a ping pong ball on punt returns and receptions.
Good to see him and his entire family supporting the good guys on a random day in the off season.
