HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - A homeowner shot and killed a man who refused to leave a New Year's Eve party at his Houston-area home, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
KRPC reports the homeowner and the victim got into a fight around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning after the party began winding down and the homeowner asked everyone to leave.
The victim was shot during the fight, according to KPRC. His identity has not been released.
