That officiating crew is absolutely horrific. Everything they do is slow. They'll stop the clock for any issue whatsoever, meet for 3 minutes to discuss, then the head idiot has to turn his mic on and announce any and every decision in excruciating detail. I would wager they call 25% more penalties than any other Big XII crew. They destroy the flow of the game and render it unwatchable. We've had that same crew for two straight games. I pray to the football gods that we don't have them again this year.
Kansas is a bad team. Especially the offense. Their QBs were just awful. But that defense of theirs played their asses off. The KU coaches had them prepared and ready for Kliff's game plan. Our offensive line had a bad night, and I thought Mahomes was trying to have a Heisman moment with every snap, but I give a little credit to that defense. They won't win many (any?) games this season, but Beaty knows what he's doing.
