Listened to jay Sekulow talk about the 9th circus court decision and his answer is really very simple..and he does have experience in these matters. The whole decision is not based on any law but on the basis that a few green card holding students and teachers were inconvenienced. They later issued a directive excluding those with green cards but the EO does not state anything about these exemptions. Just release a new EO with the green card exemptions.
