I think this law suit goes nowhere but I wonder if it has a small chance.
I don't like the man but I do feel he was targeted unfairly. However as a free market capitalist I believe that these companies can run themselves they way they feel is appropriate to make money as long as they don't violate existing laws which I really don't think they have, hinse my comment that this law suit goes nowhere.
