I listened to his entire speech today. What went through my mind is just how incompetent and over his head obama has been in dealing (or ignoring) the world, but also obama's enabling of not only rogue states but the utter failure in Egypt, Iran, Syria and Libya. I was a young man watching Carter but my word, obama is the biggest failure we have ever had and the consequences are scary. I do think obama is the result of liberals taking over our educational institutions and the failure to teach critical thinking and history. Trump was outstanding but this was a prepared speech.
