I just got a copy of the executed offer letter between Texas Tech and Todd Orlando. It was signed on Jan. 6 and was set to pay him $250,000 from Jan. 7 through Jan. 31, 2021.
The executed offer letter did not include a buyout, which doesn't surprise me much given how this was likely always going to be a short-term arrangement - granted, not sure anyone expected it to be a two-week arrangement - and the fact that Orlando probably had a lot of options as a position coach.
