Listen, I hate to use violent imagery, but I am sensing a lack of intensity around here. This is a huge game people and we can not take it for granted. The great crowds have helped the guys beat two really good teams. Now it's time to show up and help them take care of business against on paper an overmatched opponent. But this is the B12 and even the bad teams are dangerous. They hung around at Iowa State and kept it interesting.
I am certain I don't have to remind folks about that heartbreaker of a game in the fall. The one where a lucky dive cut the heart out of one of the top three football crowds I have ever been in at Tech. Revenge usually doesn't translate to different sports, but still, if I had the good fortune to be in Lubbock, that game would be in the back of my mind.
Take care of these last two home games and there is an overwhelming likelihood we make the NCAA tournament. A thought two short weeks ago that seemed like an impossibility.
The best part is fans and team can do it together!
Wreck Em Tech!
