Yes. 10 wins.
(This is fairly generic for any football team, but more so for Tech)
1. Limit TOs. Kliff pointed this out last week, and it is the biggest hurdle to overcome, and in many ways, the easiest to fix. If we just take care of the damm ball, we win another 3-4 games. We had an uncanny ability to TO in our red zone taking all but guaranteed points off the board.
2. Defensive Line Play. Biggest "Captain Obvious", IMO. We get consistent DL play, and we win. IMO, our DBs will be salty. An improved DL will also help the LBs. Yes, Captain Obvious.
3. Better play from WRs. They came on strong in the last 3-4 games, but we need that every game. As noted, if we develop a possession WR to convert 3rd downs, we win. IMO, moving Chev to help coach WRs will be a little thing that will provide huge returns.
There are more, but if we do these 3 things, 10 wins....yes 10, is not out of reach. It's July. Take a shot of Kool-aid and enjoy.
