I was looking around at different teams' schedules, and noticed that Rutgers's non-conference schedule consists of 1 FCS team (Norfolk State, which they played last week) along with 3 FBS teams that have already lost to an FCS team (Washington State, Kansas, and Army).
I don't think the terribleness of that non-con slate can be topped (except maybe that one year we played two FCS teams).
