I always thought this was one of the most asinine barometers of Presidential performance I had ever heard of. But the media and Democrats went really hard into it. It became their messaging for the first 2 or 3 weeks, maybe even a month Trump was back in office. That changed when the stock market corrected a little bit, but they even took signs referencing the price of eggs to Trump’s address to the nation and congress!
I checked some posting history after remembering the outrageous comments @TechFan88 was making the first few weeks Trump was in office about “what’s this got to do with the price of eggs” among much other nonsense, basically trying to say Trump only had a mandate to lower biden’s inflation and all this other stuff he was doing he shouldn’t be able to.
Well, now it’s only March and @TechFan88 just went back and completely deleted his insane postings about the price of eggs in late January and February.
