Serious question. Why does POTUS continually have to have his words interpreted by his administration? Why is it the interpretation inevitability ends with "That's not what he said" or "What he meant was ...." Often we are asked to believe something completely contrary to what Trump just said or tweeted. Shouldn't the President be able to express himself without Sanders telling us what he meant to say?
