Fox Business talks about the decline of Malls almost every day. They were just showing abandoned property that used to house your huge anchor stores Dillards and Sears and now gone. Amazon has destroyed the brick and mortar stores. Times sure change.
Houston still has The Galleria and San Antonio, Dallas still have mega malls but how much longer before they are gone. So many of the stores you would find in them are closing stores all over the country and filing for bankruptcy. AND to top it off Amazon has not made any money yet
