the failure of our our teacher union schools is dooming minority communities and is nothing more than a jobs program (without holding teachers accountable) for teachers.
Will the minority communities begin to realize that their way out of the democratic controlled inner cities and general poverty that liberals keep them in is through better schools?
on a side note my son lives in Missouri City Texas (suburb of Houston) and the public schools there are 80% Asian/Indian. Most whites stay away from these schools as they can't compete with these children grade wise. One of my grandsons is starting school there this week (we think he has the brain cells to compete) so it will be interesting to see if he can hang with them. When driving around his community or visiting a local HEB you see nothing but Asians and Indians, a hand full of other races. I asked my son what the deal was and he said "Lots of engineers and professionals live here"
I asked my daughter in law and she said "OH my ...these people...their kids are hardly ever outside as they are in playing the piano or violin" "they are very strict"
But back to liberals.....one of their biggest enemies are charter schools which give kids a way out.
