It has been a very long time since I have had a week like this one. A week were an undefeated Tech team stood more than a punchers chance and unseating a top 3 opponent. A week where momentum is building both locally and nationally around my favorite team. A week where a Tech QB has a real chance to be measured against the best, and not be found wanting. A week where we strike an uneasiness in the conference, and words like revenge begin to circulate. Thank you for an opportunity to be proud of our coaches, and be realistically optimistic about the direction of our program.
I don't know what happens from here, but for the first time in a long time, I'm enjoying the ride. So before the first ticket is scanned, the first cooler chilled, or the first tortilla is flung, I want to front run with a big thank you to my favorite program. Thank you Red Raiders.
