No, not Nolan Ryan, but the "One Riot, One Ranger" statue that I've walked past for years in the main area of Love Field. Removing Confederate statues is one thing, but this one, which has been at Love Field since 1963, is an eye-opener.
Apparently Dallas city council read excerpts of a new book coming out on the Texas Rangers that allege a long history of racism and brutality and made the call. Not sure what to think. Maybe additional time will provide a better view.
