Decided to try out the little cheapo Canon DSLR that I got my wife for Christmas. Took it to the OSU game on Wednesday, just using the basic 18-55mm kit lens that came with it.
Thought I'd share a few sorta decent pics from the game in case you want to relive the moment. The shot of D-will is from his drive into the paint for the winning bucket -- camera & lens (and photographer) too slow to capture the actual shot, but did get some of the celebration afterward.
Wife was a little pissed off that I took too many pics of the pom squad girls. Guilty as charged.
Just curious to see what kind of shots I could get with a $350 DSLR/kit lens. Not bad, if I do say so myself.
