You may remember a while back that I noted that the same weekend that Malik Ondigo visited, the Red Raiders hosted another visitor.
That visitor was Springdale (Arkansas) Southwest Christian Academy guard Avery Benson, who has decided to commit as a preferred walk on at Tech.
Benson was the very first player that Coach Beard offered in the state of Arkansas when he was at Little Rock two years ago.
From what I've gathered, this is a very, very big get for a PWO. Here's his tape:
