Women's team finished yesterday, with 5th place. Pretty good showing I would say...including a final round 281 which was the best team round of the tournament. Gala Dumez finished -1 and T5, her third top 10 finish in the event. I'm not seeing Tech in the top 30 rankings, but assume we have a good chance making the NCAA championship field??
Tech men are in the Big 12 championship beginning tomorrow at Whispering Pines in Trinity Tx. Currently ranked 12th (surprisingly that is tops among Big 12, with OU, UT, OSU also top 30). Both future Big 12 teams from Az are in the top 10 BTW.
