Talent isn’t really an issue you wouldn’t think. Pitching maybe, but not elsewhere.
Tadlock didn’t just forget how to coach. Despite what some think he didn’t just phone it in after getting the lifetime contract.
His assistants are the same that were around during his better years. Did they just forget how to coach? Might be time for some change here just go get new juice on the staff. Who do you get rid of?
Injuries? Lack of leaders on the team? Too much turnover from year to year?
Despite the overreacting I don’t think it’s a blow it up and start over situation.
