I talked to Cumbie after church and congratulated him on the Baylor win. We got to talk a little about this season and the difficulty they had this season as coaches. He said it was an interesting year with all the injuries. I wanted to get a feel if he was staying or going so I said, "I don't know where you are going after this season but I know a lot of Tech fans will be glad when you are out the Big 12 so they can cheer for you." he and his wife laughed it off and never affirmed or denied him staying at TCU. We talked a little longer and then we went our separate ways. Durning the conversation I noticed a few things. The couple times I have talked woth him he is gracious and humble when we talking about TCU and that's it. He however lights up when we talk Tech. Second, not only does he have good football knowledge but he is a class act. I hope he does well in his career, just not in the Big 12.
