I can sum up the state of the union in one word - "broken." This nation is divided among the people and the government cannot function. Making the "other side" pay is more important than reason, logic, civility and doing what is in the best interest of the people. This is not going to get better because "we the people" are ultimately to blame. We live in a nation where a credibly accused pedophile is more tolerable to some than a Democrat. You think it is one sided? Think again. The Democrats once re-elected a crack smoking hooker enthusiast because he wasn't a Republican.
