Starbucks got it all WRONG

Shoulda just kicked those black dudes out for supporting Obama. At least the coffee shop would have had a leg to stand on. Just say, "I asked if they supported Obama and they said 'yes'." According to this NY judge, it would then be legal to kick them out because it is not illegal to discriminate against someone because of their political belief.
