MLB Spring training is both ridiculously awesome and equally excruciating. I love being able to watch these dudes get ready for the regular season, watch the kids go up against the established guys and yet, damn, can we just get to the regular season already?! So cool to be able to go and watch major leaguers and prospects take BP, fielding practice, bullpens from a few feet away and then a couple hours later watch them play in a game while drinking some beers, and enjoying life. Like no other sport.
Anyway, sorry to sidetrack the threads but baseball is awesome, especially spring, when every team has things to look forward to.
Also, go Tech Baseball. Helluva start so far. Looks like another special year! Seems like every year Tech makes Omaha, they creep a little further each time (0-2 first year, then eliminated a team, then final 4, next up...?)
