Some Tech Related News at the 2023 State Fair of Texas

The State Fair of Texas just posted their attractions for this fall. I was a bit surprised to see that there will be an exhibit this year in the Hall of State honoring Texas Tech's centennial. Below is their description of what will be in the exhibit. Should be some good publicity for Tech and an interesting exhibit.

HALL OF STATE: TEXAS TECH CENTENNIAL​

While visiting the State Fair of Texas, be sure to visit the Texas Tech Centennial Exhibit in the Hall of State. The exhibition will focus on Texas Tech’s first 100 years, including its history and the heritage of its unique Spanish Renaissance architecture. The exhibit will also showcase significant achievements in athletics and will place a spotlight on Tech’s most impressive and influential people. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free with
