i know this could all change over the course of the season, but after two games, I feel Kliff is a much better/different coach from last year.
After ASUlast year, I'll admit I was off the train with Kliff. I felt this "style" of football was nothing more that a joke that could score points and nothing else.
I'm seeing a team that has certainly improved, gets stops, can stop the run, controls the LOS on both sides. We are not very disciplined, but had we not had three PF's on the first TD drive of ASU, like AD said, this would have been a 56-17 or 56-24 game.
Before the season, I saw no way of winning more than 4 games. I'm thinking we have a shot at 7-8 wins now. I had all but given Kliff a goodbye kiss, but I'm willing to ride this out now. I see some hope.
